Linda Young is a passionate author and teacher who delights in seeing lives transformed with the message of God’s goodness and unconditional love. Having experienced God’s grace and forgiveness in their own lives and drawing from that freedom, Linda and her husband, Ray, founded Linda Young Ministries.

Individuals, small groups, and large audiences are drawn to Linda’s humor, insight and confidence in God. Audiences feel she speaks right to their hearts, like two friends having coffee together.

In addition to hosting Linda Young | Knowing God television and radio programs in the past, Linda is a conference speaker and women’s retreat leader known for her vibrant yet down-to-earth teaching style packed with encouragement and delivered from a place of genuine love for people.

Linda is a graduate of Liberty Theological Seminary. She and her husband, Ray, make their home in Henderson, NV. They have six children and six granddaughters.

What Inspired This Ministry?

The inspiration came when my husband Ray and I moved to California in 2000; I knew at that time God had given me a passion to help others know the depth of His goodness. As He cultivated in me a desire to teach about His love, I became the student. I understood the great value He places on people; this changed the way I see others; people became my passion. The desire of our ministry is to help others understand the love of God and value what God values—people!

The Greatest Inspiration!

My passion to lead like Jesus inspired me to pursue a master’s degree with an emphasis in Christian Leadership. Mentoring is an important part of my ministry. When people understand principles I’ve taught them in the Word, and they go and teach others, this fulfills one of my favorite Scriptures, “Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do His work and build up the church, the body of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:12 NIV)
